Executive Management – 12% of monthly rental income plus a one‑time onboarding fee, including all Premium services plus a dedicated portfolio manager, revenue optimisation for premium shortlets, furnishing and set‑up oversight, regulatory and compliance support, and quarterly investment strategy sessions.
